The Apartment Association of Southeast Texas (AASET) has announced 2016-2017 Property Manager of the Year: Sharon Smith; Assistant Manager of the Year: Rhonda Martin; and Lead Maintenance Technician of the Year: Billy Smith, Sr. All three award recipients are from The Regency Apartments, a Better World Properties LLC apartment community located in Beaumont Texas.
Each award was individually nominated and selected from over 22,000 units comprised of 272 apartment communities, homes and townhomes.
The Apartment Association of Southeast Texas (AASET) is the region’s foremost multifamily trade association representing: Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton, Orange and Tyler counties in Southeast Texas. The AASET actively monitors local, state, and national legislative and regulatory changes that affect the multifamily industry.
