In 2012, Michael founded Better World Consulting with an enthusiasm for identifying new and creative ways to build a Better World. He is known for implementing efficient operational infrastructure and creating custom process improvements to assist owners and investors in increasing value/service/sales, lowering operating costs and minimizing risks. Michael and his team bring a much needed skillset to the apartment world with a unique eye for combining the macro view with the smallest detail resulting in positive return on investment reverberating from tenants to investors to owners.
