Making It A Better World in The North Houston District

From inception, one of the core values at Better World Properties LLC has been to consistently strive to make it a better world. When the principals at the Better World Companies learned that there were impressive efforts underway in The North Houston District to revitalize and create a real community bond, they chose to join forces to make it a better world and moved the company headquarters to join in the efforts.

Terri Clifton, President of Better World Properties LLC recognized the value in the area and jumped at the chance to be a business leader and a community advocate for the area. “We are pleased to move the Better World Properties LLC corporate headquarters to the North Houston District,” Terri Clifton shared. “We see so much opportunity for growth for business and residents along with exciting new entertainment venues. When we learned that the North Houston District Public Safety department, along with members of local law enforcement and members of the congregation at Greenhouse International Church literally went out and knocked on 1,000 resident’s doors in the area to make personal introductions and welcome each resident to the community, we knew we wanted to be a part of this revitalization. The central location is fabulous. The infrastructure is second to none. It’s really exciting to be a part of it and right in the middle of it all.”
